Google Workspace API Data Disclosures

Our portal integrates with Google Workspace APIs (specifically Google Sheets API and Google Drive API) to enable real-time institutional record mirroring and automated academic document archiving.

📊 1. Google Sheets API Usage

The portal uses Google Sheets API to synchronize institutional academic ledgers across 5 dedicated spreadsheets managed by CEMCDII Super Administrators: Student Data, Academic Records, Payments, Promotions, and Document Register.

📁 2. Google Drive API Usage

The portal uses Google Drive API to provision and manage secure student document directories (`CEMCDII / Students / Active Students` and `CEMCDII / Students / Graduated Students`), facilitating the automated archiving of official academic transcripts, completion certificates, and admission letters.

🔒 Google User Data Limited Use Disclosure

CEMCDII's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do NOT sell, rent, lease, or monetize user data or Google API information under any circumstances.
We do NOT share Google API user data with advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party marketing companies.
Google API credentials and tokens are stored in encrypted form in institutional database settings and used exclusively for authorized administrative synchronization.

04. Purpose of Data Processing

Information collected within the portal is used strictly for legitimate institutional purposes, including:

Processing student admission applications, clearance, and course enrollments.
Recording course marks, calculating academic performance, generating transcripts, and issuing certificates.
Verifying historic credentials and managing legacy student claims.
Processing tuition fees and issuing verifiable payment receipts.
Maintaining administrative audit trails, security logs, and preventing system abuse.

05. Data Security & Protection

CEMCDII employs industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure:
